Summary

The NetSupport DNA Helpdesk product uses the Crystal Reports engine to generate and display the reports within the Helpdesk. Within the Reports management section of the Helpdesk you have the ability to upload your own custom reports to the Helpdesk. These reports must be a Crystal Report file created with Crystal Reports version 9 or later.

At the bottom of this document there is a link where you can download a guide that will assist you in creating Crystal Reports that can be used with the DNA Helpdesk product
