Summary

When creating a ticket you may receive an error after clicking Save after upgrading to NetSupport DNA Helpdesk 2.70.
If you click on the "View Further Details" link, the error displayed is:
Timeout expired
/Helpdesk/Scripts/UserLib.asp, line 1844

Details

This error has been resolved in the 2.70.0002 release of NetSupport DNA Helpdesk. To resolve the issue please download and install version 2.70.0002
